1 Introduction & Core Philosophy

Welcome to Brix Blast ("the App"), developed by Tech2U Savannah ("we," "our," or "us"). We believe in user privacy, zero account friction, and radical transparency. Brix Blast is designed as a pure offline-capable block puzzle game with runtime Canvas visuals and zero tracking of personal identity.

Core Guarantee: We do NOT collect, store, sell, or transmit your name, email address, phone number, location coordinates, or contacts. You do not need to create an account or sign in to play.

2 Information Handled Locally

Brix Blast operates with local device storage only. The following data is saved exclusively on your device using Android SharedPreferences:

This data never leaves your device and is erased automatically if you clear app storage or uninstall the App.

3 Advertising & Third-Party SDKs (Google AdMob)

To support ongoing maintenance and keep Brix Blast 100% free to play, we display non-intrusive advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

AdMob may collect pseudonymous identifiers such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID), IP address (for coarse geographic localization), and app interaction diagnostics to serve relevant ads and prevent fraud. For details, refer to the Google Privacy & Terms.

4 Consent Management & Revocation (Google UMP)

We strictly comply with global privacy standards, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We integrate the official Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to query and manage user consent prior to loading any advertisements.

On-Demand Consent Revocation: You can modify or withdraw your advertising consent choices at any time by tapping the CONSENT button on the App's home screen. This instantly displays the Google privacy options form.

5 Device Permissions

Brix Blast requests only minimal network permissions necessary for ad rendering and consent updates:

No sensitive permissions (Camera, Microphone, Precise Location, Contacts, Storage) are requested or utilized.

6 Children’s Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Brix Blast is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in certain European jurisdictions). Ad requests adhere to Google's Families Policy and applicable child protection laws.

7 Regulatory Compliance (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Swiss DPA)

If you reside in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or California, you possess specific legal rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, rectify, or opt out of personalized advertising. Because we store no personally identifiable records on any server, you can exercise your rights by adjusting your device ad preferences or using the in-app CONSENT button.

8 Data Retention & Deletion

All gameplay metrics (best score, runs) reside entirely on your device. To delete all associated data, open your Android device settings, navigate to Apps → Brix Blast → Storage & Cache, and select Clear Storage.
