1 Overview & Offline Educational Architecture

Chart Patterns Mastery ("we", "our", or "the App") is published by Tech2U Savannah (package name: com.tech2u.chartpatterns) to provide offline technical analysis education, classical chart pattern recognition guides, entry/exit geometry, and interactive quiz evaluations for self-taught retail traders.

2 Financial Non-Intermediation & Educational Disclaimer

Chart Patterns Mastery is exclusively an educational curriculum and visual reference tool:

• No Brokerage or Trading Services: The App does not facilitate real-money trading, automated trade execution, or order routing. It does not connect to MetaTrader, cTrader, or brokerage execution APIs.
• No Fund Custody or Financial Handling: We do not accept, manage, transfer, or process client funds, deposits, withdrawals, cryptocurrencies, or digital wallets.
• Educational Purposes Only: All content, diagrams, examples, and quizzes are strictly educational and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss.

3 Information We Do Not Collect

Because Chart Patterns Mastery operates locally without requiring server logins, we do not collect, harvest, transmit, or monetize:

• Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as full name, email address, physical address, or phone number.
• Financial details, bank account numbers, or payment credentials.
• Location coordinates (GPS), contacts, camera, or microphone feeds.
• Trading performance, account balances, or broker credentials.

4 Local Data Storage & Learning Progress

All progress tracking is saved exclusively on your local device in private application sandbox storage via shared_preferences:

• Course Completion: Progress flags indicating which sections and lessons have been read.
• Quiz Scores: Number of correct answers and highest score achieved on module quizzes.
• UI Preferences: Selected visual theme (System, Light, or Dark mode) and tutorial onboarding completion flag.

This data never leaves your device and can be permanently erased at any time using the Reset progress option in the More tab.

You have complete control over your local learning data. To delete all progress, simply navigate to More > Reset progress, or clear the application cache and storage in your Android system settings.

7 Children's Privacy

Chart Patterns Mastery is intended for general audiences aged 18 and older who are interested in financial market education. We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under 13 (or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

8 Compliance (GDPR, CCPA & Global Regimes)

We comply fully with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), the UK GDPR, the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (DPA), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Because no personal data is collected or processed, your privacy is protected by default by architecture.
