Local Storage and Media Access
CleanStatus is a local utility application designed to help you view, download, and manage WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business photo and video statuses.
Media Files: To function properly, the Application requests interactive folder access via the Android Storage Access Framework (SAF). The Application only reads files from the designated status directory on your device.
No Server Uploads: All status saving, viewing, and deletion operations occur entirely locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your personal files, media, or directory structures on any external servers.
Third-Party Services and Analytics
To keep the Application free of charge, we display advertisements and collect standard crash statistics through third-party services. These third parties may collect certain information, including but not limited to your Device Advertising ID, IP address, and application crash details.
We utilize the following third-party service providers:
Google Play Services
Facilitates core application updates and integrity verification.
Google AdMob
Used to serve banner and interstitial advertisements. AdMob may use device IDs to personalize ads.
Firebase Crashlytics
Used to collect anonymous crash logs to improve app performance and resolve software bugs.

Our Application is not designed for or targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The name "WhatsApp" as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
We strongly encourage users to obtain explicit permission from the original content creators before saving, reposting, or sharing any downloaded statuses.
