This Privacy Policy describes how Fan Bracket 26 ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you download and use our mobile application, Fan Bracket 26 (the "App"). 1 Information We Collect Automatically (Third-Party Services)
Our App does not collect, request, or store any personal information directly on our servers. All prediction brackets, simulated results, and user inputs are stored locally on your device.
However, the App utilizes third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) that may collect certain diagnostics and identifier data automatically to provide essential functionalities:
Google Play Services
Used to facilitate app performance tracking and core system interactions.
Google AdMob
Used to serve advertisements (Banner, Interstitial, and Rewarded Ads). AdMob may collect and process device-specific data, including your device's unique Advertising ID, IP address, general location information, device model, and operating system.
2 How We Use Information
Any information processed by the integrated third-party SDKs is used solely to:
- Deliver, personalize, and optimize in-app advertising.
- Analyze and monitor App stability, technical performance, and crash logs.
- Maintain and improve user experience within the tournament predictor interface.
3 Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent any user information. We only share data collected through integrated third-party services (such as Google AdMob) for ad serving and operational analytics, as described in Section 1.
4 Data Retention and Deletion
All user inputs and sports brackets are kept exclusively on your local device. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored choices and data.
To reset or limit your device's Advertising ID, you can do so at any time via your Android system settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Reset/Delete Advertising ID).
5 Children's Privacy
The App is designed for a general audience of sports fans aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will immediately take steps to ensure this data is removed from any associated third-party service logs.
6 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
