Welcome to Flapjack: Tap Flying Bird (“we”, “our”, or “the App”), developed by Tech2U Savannah. We believe arcade gaming should be responsive, fun, and fully respectful of your digital privacy. Flapjack is designed as an offline-first, client-rendered 3D arcade flight game requiring no user registration, no account creation, and no collection of personal identity data.

• High Scores & Streaks: High score, current hot streak, and lifetime flight counts.
• Unlocked Bird Skins: Local progress flags denoting unlocked cosmetic skins.
• Game Settings: Audio mute toggles, haptics toggle, colour-blind mode preference, reduce motion toggle, and rendering quality level.
• Daily Reminder Preference: Optional local alarm toggle for morning challenge reminders.

This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Flapjack is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. To comply with global privacy frameworks (including EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and Swiss DPA), we implement Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK:

• No ads are initialized or requested until the UMP consent status has been queried and confirmed.
• Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland are presented with standard Google consent management forms to accept or decline personalized ads and tracking.
• Ad experience adheres strictly to the Better Ads Experiences standards: banners appear exclusively on the home menu; interstitials are limited to natural post-run completion points with minimum 90-second spacing; rewarded videos are 100% opt-in.

You maintain continuous control over your privacy choices at all times. In regions where consent management applies, you can change or withdraw your consent preferences directly within the app:

• Open the in-game Settings menu.
