Forex Candle Match ("we", "our", or "the App"), published by Tech2U, is a casual match-3 puzzle game featuring financial-themed candlestick visual art. We operate on a strict privacy-by-default architecture: you do not create an account, log in, or transmit your gameplay data to any remote cloud server.

2 Casual Puzzle Game & Non-Trading Disclaimer

Forex Candle Match is strictly a casual puzzle game. In strict compliance with Google Play Financial Features policies:

• Synthetic Puzzle Tiles: The game uses stylized, synthetic candlestick graphics (such as Green Bullish, Red Bearish, Doji, Hammer, and Engulfing tiles) purely as visual game puzzle pieces. No real-time or historical market pricing data is utilized.
• No Live Trading or Financial Services: The game does not execute live market trades, does not connect to trading terminals, and does not simulate binary options, CFDs, or forex transactions.
• No Client Funds or Deposits: We do not hold, deposit, manage, or transfer real money, cryptocurrency, or client deposits.

• Ad Counter: Natural-break level completion counters to prevent excessive ad displays.

Forex Candle Match displays advertisements via Google AdMob to support ongoing development while keeping the game free to play. We strictly implement the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK:

• Consent Prior to Requesting Ads: In the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, users are presented with a certified CMP consent dialogue before any personalized or non-personalized ads are initialized.

When you tap any broker link, the destination URL opens externally in your device's default web browser.
