Tech2U ("we", "our", or "us") develops ForexIQ: Smart Money Trading (package: com.tech2u.forexiq), an offline-first educational application engineered to teach institutional market structure, liquidity sweeps, fair value gap mitigation, institutional order blocks, and risk management.

This Privacy Policy outlines how ForexIQ handles user privacy, local data storage, and advertising compliance under global privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU/UK), Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), and Google Play Developer Policies.

2. Data Minimization & Zero PII Architecture

ForexIQ is engineered around a strict Data Minimization and Zero Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Architecture. All educational course curriculum, institutional blueprints, and trade planning tools operate locally on your device.

• No Account Registration: Users are never asked to create an account, register, or provide personal details such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords.
• No Financial Data Transmitted: The in-app Position Size & Lot Calculator operates entirely in local device memory. No account balances, trade executions, or financial credentials are ever collected, stored externally, or transmitted.
• Offline Local Storage: Reading completion status, quiz scores, and theme settings are saved locally on your device using SharedPreferences. You can completely wipe or reset this data at any time via Settings & Privacy > Reset Learning Progress.

3. Advertising & Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

To provide all 6 SMC certification modules, 47 diagnostic quiz questions, institutional blueprints, and trading calculators 100% free with zero paywalls or subscriptions, ForexIQ displays advertisements via Google AdMob (adaptive banner and occasional interstitial transitions).

Google UMP SDK & Consent Management

We strictly implement Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK certified by the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2):

• Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland are presented with a consent dialogue prior to ad serving.
• No personalized ads are served without explicit user opt-in consent.
• On-Demand Consent Revocation (GDPR Article 7(3)): You can modify or withdraw your consent choices at any time by navigating to Settings & Compliance > Privacy Preferences inside the application.

4. Android System Permissions & Exact Alarm Policy

ForexIQ requires only the minimum system permissions necessary for core operation:

• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used solely to load AdMob advertisements and verify network connectivity.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used exclusively for voluntary 08:30 AM morning trading mindset and session preparation reminders before the major market killzones. This reminder can be toggled on or off at any time in Settings.
• Exact Alarm Policy Compliance: ForexIQ strictly complies with Google Play exact alarm policies by avoiding SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM and USE_EXACT_ALARM permissions. All daily reminders use battery-friendly inexact background alarms (`AndroidScheduleMode.inexactAllowWhileIdle`).
