1 Introduction & Local-First Architecture

Forex Preflight Calculator ("we", "our", or "the App"), published by Tech2U, is a client-side pre-trade risk calculation and prop-firm rule-checking utility for self-directed traders. We operate on a strict privacy-by-default architecture: you do not create an account, register, or upload your trading balances or setups to any remote server.

2 Calculation Tool & Non-Advisory Disclaimer

Forex Preflight Calculator is strictly an informational and mathematical calculation tool. In strict compliance with Google Play Financial Features policies:

• Informational Trade Math: The app computes mathematical formulas (such as position sizing, pip value, margin requirements, drawdown, and risk-to-reward ratios) and evaluates them against user-entered or published prop-firm loss parameters.
• No Live Brokerage or Trade Execution: The app does not connect to brokerage APIs, does not execute trades, and does not provide copy trading, signal services, automated trading bots, or binary options.
• No Client Funds or Deposits: We never hold, transmit, receive, or manage trader funds, deposits, or bank accounts.
• No Financial Advice: Outputs and rule-headroom simulations are deterministic mathematical constraints, not investment advice or recommendations to trade. Trading forex and CFDs carries a high risk of capital loss.

3 Information We Do Not Collect

Because Forex Preflight operates without a cloud database or login server, we never collect, store, transmit, or sell:

• Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location.
• Financial credentials, bank details, MT4/MT5 login passwords, or broker API tokens.
• Private photos, files, camera feeds, microphone inputs, or address books.
• Precise or coarse GPS location coordinates.

4 Local Data Storage & Offline Persistence

Forex Preflight stores user configuration locally on your device via standard platform SharedPreferences:

• Trading Profiles: Default risk percentages, base account currency, starting balance, and selected prop-firm program presets.
• Preflight History: Recent preflight check evaluations and calculations for fast recall.
• App Preferences: Dark/Light theme mode, haptic preferences, and onboarding completion status.

All local data is sandboxed inside the app's private storage and is completely removed upon uninstalling the application or tapping "Clear Local Data" in Settings.

Forex Preflight requests only the minimal system permissions necessary for ad delivery and store verification:

6 Advertising & Google UMP Consent Framework

Forex Preflight integrates Google AdMob to support free access to core calculation tools:

• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): In compliance with EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss DPA, and US state privacy regulations (CCPA/CPRA), user consent for personalized advertising and cookies is collected prior to ad requests.
• On-Demand Consent Revocation: Users can view, update, or revoke their advertising consent choices at any time by navigating to Settings → Privacy & Consent → Consent Preferences.
• Ad Removal: Upgrading to Preflight Pro permanently disables 100% of banner and interstitial advertisements.

7 In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)

Forex Preflight offers an optional one-time "Preflight Pro" unlock. All transactions are securely processed by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank account information.

8 Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

Forex Preflight is designed for adult self-directed financial traders and is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9 Global Privacy Rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)

Under global data protection regulations, users retain full rights regarding their personal data:

• Right of Access & Portability: Because all data resides locally on your device, you maintain immediate physical control of your information.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can instantly wipe all stored trading profiles and history by selecting Settings → Data & storage → Clear history or uninstalling the app.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale / Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

10 Data Retention & 1-Tap Deletion

We do not retain your data on external servers. All saved trade presets and calculations remain exclusively on your device until deleted manually in Settings or cleared by uninstalling the application.
