Tech2U ("we", "our", or "us") develops Kuzi Academy: Forex Trading (package: com.tech2u.kuziacademy), an offline-first educational application designed to teach institutional price delivery concepts, market structure, liquidity engineering, order blocks, fair value gaps, and professional risk execution models.

Kuzi Academy is built upon a strict Data Minimization and Zero Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Architecture. All educational course material, 15 complete modules, institutional blueprints, and trade planning tools are stored locally on your device.

• No Account Registration: You are never required to provide a name, email address, phone number, or password to use any part of the application.
• No Financial Data Transmitted: The in-app Position Sizing Calculator operates entirely offline in local device memory. No account balances, trade executions, or financial credentials are ever collected, stored on external servers, or transmitted.
• Offline Local Storage: Module reading completion, quiz scores, and theme preferences are saved locally on your device using SharedPreferences. You can completely wipe or reset this data at any time via Settings & Privacy > Reset Learning Progress.

3. Advertising & Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

To provide all 15 institutional curriculum modules and calculators 100% free with zero paywalls or subscriptions, Kuzi Academy utilizes Google AdMob to display non-intrusive advertisements (banners and occasional interstitial transitions between study sessions).

Google UMP SDK & Consent Management

We strictly implement Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK certified by the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2):

• Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland are presented with a consent dialogue prior to ad serving.
• No personalized ads are served without explicit user opt-in consent.

4. Android Permissions & Battery Conservation

Kuzi Academy requires only minimal system permissions required for operation:

• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used solely to load AdMob advertisements and verify network connectivity.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used exclusively for voluntary 08:00 AM morning trading discipline and market preparation reminders prior to the New York session open. This can be toggled on or off at any time in Settings.
• Exact Alarm Policy Compliance: Kuzi Academy strictly complies with Google Play exact alarm policies by avoiding SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM and USE_EXACT_ALARM permissions, utilizing inexact background scheduling to conserve device battery.
