1 Overview & Offline Educational Architecture
This Privacy Policy explains how Tech2U Savannah collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Master Market Structure: Price Action & Liquidity mobile application (the "Application", "App", or "Service").
The Application is built as a standalone educational tool covering market structure, swing highs/lows, break of structure (BOS), change of character (CHoCH), order blocks, and liquidity dynamics. All core curriculum lessons, interactive graphics, and quizzes are bundled locally within the app and function completely offline without creating an account or providing personal data.
2 Financial Non-Intermediation & Educational Disclaimer
Strict Educational Scope: Master Market Structure is solely an educational and informational tool. It does not provide investment advice, financial planning, portfolio management, or order routing.
3 Information We Do Not Collect
We believe in strict data minimization. We do not collect:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) like names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
- Financial information, bank accounts, or credit card details.
- Biometric identifiers or personal media files.
4 Local Data Storage & Progress
The Application stores course progression state, module completion markers, quiz scores, and visual theme preferences locally on your device via standard SharedPreferences storage. This data never leaves your device.
5 Device Permissions & Technical Purpose
6 Advertising & Google UMP Consent Framework
The Application is monetized exclusively through advertisements served by Google AdMob. To comply with global privacy regulations (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), the Application implements the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland are presented with a consent form on first startup. Users may review or change their consent decisions at any time via the Privacy settings option in the app's More menu.
7 Third-Party Services
Google AdMob & UMP SDK
Google may use device identifiers and network parameters to serve ads according to user consent choices.
8 Data Retention & Deletion
Because all learning progress is stored solely on your device, deleting the app or clearing its data removes all local records immediately.
9 Children's Privacy
The Application does not target or knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable by law).
10 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Material updates will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
