1 Overview & Core Privacy Commitment
Tech2U (“we”, “us”, or “our”) builds and operates Nurra: Baby & Pregnancy Tracker (“the Application”). We believe your family’s most sensitive moments — feedings, sleep patterns, diaper logs, developmental milestones, and pediatric records — belong exclusively to you.
Zero-Cloud Guarantee: All personal baby logs, developmental records, and growth data created in Nurra remain strictly on your local device in a secured offline SQLite database. We do not operate a remote server that collects, aggregates, sells, or monetizes your family’s health or developmental data.
2 Pediatric & Medical Informational Disclaimer
Medical Notice: Nurra is designed solely for informational, developmental tracking, and family logging purposes. The Application is NOT a medical device, clinical diagnostic tool, or medical monitor. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness, disease, or medical condition in infants, children, or mothers. Always consult a qualified pediatrician, doctor, or healthcare professional for diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency guidance.
3 Local Storage Architecture & Data Types Processed
The Application collects and stores the following information locally on your device to deliver tracking and developmental insights:

None of these records are ever transmitted to Tech2U servers or third-party data brokers.
4 Monetization, Google AdMob & UMP Consent Framework
Nurra is 100% free with no paid subscriptions or paywalls. Monetization is supported exclusively through advertising served via Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK).
In compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, Swiss DPA, and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), we integrate the certified Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK:
- Consent Requirement: In applicable jurisdictions, no ad requests are initiated until you have granted consent via the interactive UMP consent dialog.
- Non-Personalized Ads: If you decline personalized advertising, Google AdMob serves non-personalized ads based on context rather than behavioral profiling.
- On-Demand Consent Revocation: You can withdraw or adjust your consent choices at any time directly in the app via Settings → Ad Consent & Privacy Settings or Privacy & Security → Manage Consent Preferences.
Google Mobile Ads may collect technical identifiers, device information (such as Android Advertising ID), and crash/diagnostic logs. For more information on how Google handles advertising data, review Google’s Advertising Privacy Policy.
5 Children's Privacy & Family Policies (COPPA)
Nurra is an application designed exclusively for parents, legal guardians, and adult caregivers to log and monitor their children’s development. The Application is not directed toward or intended to be operated by children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at developer.tech2u@gmail.com so we can assist in removing it immediately.
6 GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss DPA & CCPA/CPRA Rights
Depending on your location, you have statutory rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of Access & Portability: You can view all your logs directly in the app and export summaries via the Data & Reports export feature.
- Right to Rectification: You can edit or correct any care log, child profile detail, or measurement directly in the app.
- Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): You can delete any individual log entry, reset child profile data, or uninstall the app to permanently purge all data from your device.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can modify or withdraw your advertising consent choices at any time via the in-app consent preferences menu.
- “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell or share personal information for monetary value. Advertising preferences can be set to opt-out of cross-context behavioral advertising through the UMP consent interface.
7 Data Retention, Backup & Deletion
Because all application data is stored locally in your device’s application sandbox:
- Data remains on your device until you manually edit or delete it, or until you uninstall the Application.
- Clearing application data via your Android device settings (Settings → Apps → Nurra → Storage → Clear Data) will permanently erase all local logs and database entries.
8 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect enhancements to our service, new regulatory standards, or changes in legal obligations. The revised version will be indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
