PipClock is engineered as an offline-first market timing and reference utility that runs complex session reconciliation and daylight saving calculations locally on your mobile device.

2Information We Do Not Collect

We believe in strict data minimization. Under no circumstances do we collect, harvest, store, or sell:

• Personally Identifiable Information (PII): No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or government IDs.
• Broker or Trading Credentials: No MT4/MT5 passwords, investor passwords, trading balances, or API tokens.
• Precise Physical Location: Zero GPS, cellular triangulation, or nearby Wi-Fi network scanning. Time zones are inferred purely from your phone's standard OS clock offset.
• Media & Device Content: Zero access to your photos, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage files.

3Local Data Storage & Preferences

All user customization is saved exclusively on your device within the secure sandboxed SharedPreferences storage:

• Selected retail broker profile (e.g. HFM, IC Markets, Exness, XM, FP Markets, Pepperstone).
• Active clock context preference (Local phone time, Broker server time, or New York anchor time).
• 12-hour or 24-hour time display format preference.
• Visual theme preference (Dark Mode, Light Mode, or automatic System Default).
• Custom user-added economic events and alert lead-time intervals.
• Notification scheduling toggles (Daily 07:30 AM market briefing, session opens, and weekend warnings).

5Advertising & Google UMP Consent Framework

PipClock is a 100% free application funded entirely through digital advertisements served by Google AdMob. We comply with all global privacy regulations (GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss DPA, and CCPA/CPRA):

• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): On first launch in regulated territories (EEA, UK, Switzerland, and California), users are presented with a certified consent form to select personalized or non-personalized ad options.
• AdMob SDK Integration: AdMob may collect pseudonymous identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID), IP addresses, and app interaction data solely for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and frequency capping.
• On-Demand Consent Revocation: You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via More → Settings → Privacy & Ad Consent Preferences.

6Broker Directory & Affiliate Disclosure

PipClock includes an educational directory of regulated forex and CFD brokers (such as HFM / HF Markets). Tapping external broker links opens your mobile browser to the broker's official website.

PipClock is intended for adult financial market participants (ages 18 and older). We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
