1 Introduction & Casual Puzzle Game Architecture

Pip Stacker ("we", "our", or "the App"), published by Tech2U, is a casual arcade precision timing game featuring financial-themed candlestick visual art. We operate on a strict privacy-by-default architecture: you do not create an account, log in, or transmit your gameplay data to any remote cloud server.

2 Casual Puzzle Game & Non-Trading Disclaimer

Pip Stacker is strictly a casual puzzle game. In strict compliance with Google Play Financial Features policies:

• Synthetic Puzzle Tiles: The game uses stylized, synthetic candlestick graphics (such as Green Bullish, Red Bearish, Doji, Hammer, and Engulfing tiles) purely as visual game puzzle pieces. No real-time or historical market pricing data is utilized.
• No Live Trading or Financial Services: The game does not execute live market trades, does not connect to trading terminals, and does not simulate binary options, CFDs, or forex transactions.
• No Client Funds or Deposits: We do not hold, deposit, manage, or transfer real money, cryptocurrency, or client deposits.
• No Financial Advice: Casual pip-stacking puzzle mechanics do not provide, simulate, or reflect financial trading advice or market forecasting.

3 Information We Do Not Collect

Because Pip Stacker is architected without a backend user database, we never collect, transmit, store, or sell:

• Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as full names, email addresses, physical addresses, or phone numbers.
• Financial information, bank account numbers, credit card details, or brokerage credentials.
• Biometric identifiers, contacts, SMS messages, photo galleries, camera feeds, or audio.

4 Local Data Storage & Offline Game Progress

Pip Stacker persists gameplay data locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences:

• Level Progression: Current unlocked level (up to Level 60), star ratings (1 to 3 stars per level), and high scores.
• Daily Challenge: Completion flags and streak counters.
• Player Preferences: Sound effect toggles, music toggles, haptic vibration settings, and visual theme selection (Light, Dark, or System).
• Ad Counter: Natural-break level completion counters to prevent excessive ad displays.

6 Advertising & Google UMP Consent Framework

Pip Stacker displays advertisements via Google AdMob to support ongoing development while keeping the game free to play. We strictly implement the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK:

• Consent Prior to Requesting Ads: In the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, users are presented with a certified CMP consent dialogue before any personalized or non-personalized ads are initialized.
• On-Demand Consent Revocation: In full compliance with Google Play and EU GDPR policies, users may change or withdraw their consent preferences at any time by navigating to Settings → Privacy Settings & Consent.
• Natural-Break Ad Cadence: Interstitial ads are strictly frequency-capped and shown only at natural pause points (after level completions), with an optional Rewarded Ad for +5 extra moves on failed levels.

7 External Regulated Partner Broker Links (Affiliate Transparency)

Pip Stacker includes an optional educational directory listing reputable regulated multi-asset brokers (such as Exness, Pepperstone, and HFM). When you tap any broker link, the destination URL opens externally in your device's default web browser. These links may contain affiliate tracking codes that allow us to earn a referral fee at no cost to you. We do not collect or receive any personal registration details you may enter on third-party broker websites.

8 Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

Pip Stacker is designed for general audiences interested in casual puzzle games and does not intentionally collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If you believe a child has provided personal information to third-party ad networks through our app, please contact us immediately so we can assist in addressing it.

9 Global Privacy Rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)

Under international privacy frameworks (including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act):

• Right of Access & Portability: All game data is stored exclusively on your device in standard plaintext formats.

10 Data Retention & Deletion

Because all gameplay data resides locally on your hardware, your records are retained until you choose to reset game data or uninstall the application. We maintain no cloud backups of your game activity.
