1Introduction & Privacy Commitment

Pixelbreak is an offline-first procedural arcade game developed by Tech2U Savannah. We are committed to transparency, user privacy, and global data protection standards including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Core Privacy Principle: Pixelbreak does not require an account, does not collect personal identifiers, and processes gameplay, custom seed generators, and settings entirely on your local device.

2Information We Do Not Collect (Zero PII)

We do not collect, process, sell, or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Specifically:

3Local Data Storage & Offline Game State

All high scores, run statistics, theme settings, audio levels, and custom challenge seed codes are stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences and SQLite/JSON storage. This data never leaves your device unless you initiate an explicit export or share action.

4Device Permissions & Technical Justifications

android.permission.INTERNET

Required to query advertising networks and check ad consent status via Google Mobile Ads.

android.permission.VIBRATE

Required to deliver optional haptic tactile feedback when the paddle impacts the ball, powers up, or clears pixel craters.

5Advertising & Google UMP Consent Framework

Pixelbreak uses Google AdMob for contextual monetization through Interstitial and Rewarded Interstitial ad units. We implement the certified Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to request and manage user consent in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

6Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

Pixelbreak is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable European jurisdictions). If you believe a minor has provided information, please contact us immediately for complete removal.

7Global Privacy Rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)

Under global data privacy frameworks, users maintain the right to access, delete, restrict processing, and opt out of data sharing. Because all user game data is held locally on your hardware, you can exercise complete deletion at any time by clearing the application data in your device settings or uninstalling the app.

8Data Retention & Deletion

Because no player profile or personal data is collected on remote cloud servers, we retain zero server-side user data. Resetting your settings or uninstalling the game permanently erases all local game records.

9Policy Updates & Notification

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect evolving regulatory requirements or platform updates. Any changes will be published here with an updated effective date.
