Price Action Trading Mastery ("we", "our", or "the App") is published by Tech2U Savannah (package name: com.tech2u.priceactionmastery) to provide offline technical analysis curriculum, candlestick structure training, support/resistance dynamics, breakout mechanics, and interactive quiz evaluations for independent retail traders.

2 Financial Non-Intermediation & Educational Disclaimer

Price Action Trading Mastery is strictly an educational curriculum and reference tool:

• No Brokerage or Trading Execution: The App does not facilitate real-money trading, automated trade routing, or execution. It does not interface with MetaTrader, cTrader, or brokerage account servers.
• No Fund Custody or Financial Handling: We do not accept, manage, transfer, or process client deposits, withdrawals, cryptocurrencies, or payment wallets.
• Educational Purposes Only: All content, diagrams, examples, and quizzes are strictly educational and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss.

3 Information We Do Not Collect

Because Price Action Trading Mastery functions locally on your device without server-side accounts, we do not collect, harvest, transmit, or sell:

• Device location coordinates (GPS), contacts, camera, or microphone data.
• Trading performance, personal notes, or external account balances.

4 Local Data Storage & Learning Progress

All progress tracking is saved exclusively on your local device in private sandbox storage via shared_preferences:

• Course Completion: Flags recording completed modules and sections.
• Quiz Scores: Number of correct answers and highest percentage achieved on module quizzes.

This data never leaves your device and can be erased at any time by clearing application data in Android settings.

You have full sovereignty over your local data. To reset all learning progress, simply clear the App's storage and cache in your device's Android App Management settings.

Price Action Trading Mastery is intended for general audiences aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under 13 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
