1 Introduction & Core Philosophy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game application Realmcoil: Endless Snake (Package: com.tech2u.realmcoil), published and operated by Tech2U LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

We believe great arcade games should respect player attention and privacy. Realmcoil is built from the ground up as an offline-first experience. You do not need to register an account, provide an email address, or maintain an active network connection to enjoy the full game.

2 Information We Do Not Collect

Realmcoil adheres strictly to data minimization principles. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following personal information:

• No names, usernames, or physical mailing addresses
• No email addresses or phone numbers
• No precise GPS location or physical location tracking
• No contact lists, phone books, or address books
• No photos, videos, microphone recordings, or local media files
• No financial, bank account, or payment card details

All game data, including your Run Atlas records, custom settings, and earned marks, resides strictly on your local device storage via Android Room SQLite.

4 Third-Party Advertising & Consent Management

Realmcoil is free to play and supported by ethical, non-intrusive advertising provided through Google AdMob. We enforce a strict gameplay rule: no banner or video ads are ever displayed during active snake movement, pause screens, or territory decisions.

To comply with global privacy regulations including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), United Kingdom GDPR, Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), we integrate the certified Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK.

5 User Consent Revocation & Opt-Out Rights

You maintain complete control over your privacy choices. You can modify or withdraw your advertising and tracking consent at any time directly within the app:

1. Open Realmcoil on your device.
2. Tap the Settings icon on the bottom navigation bar.
3. Scroll down to the Privacy & Ad Preferences card.
4. Tap Privacy Settings to open the Google UMP consent form and update or revoke your preferences.

Additionally, you can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID at the operating system level by navigating to Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID on your Android device.

6 Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Realmcoil is intended for general audiences ages 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate measures.

7 Data Security & Retention

Because all gameplay records remain local to your Android device, your game history is as secure as your device. Any network communication required by third-party advertising SDKs is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS / HTTPS). If you uninstall Realmcoil or clear app storage via Android Settings, all local run histories and preferences are permanently removed.
