1Offline-First Architecture & Zero Data Collection

SpreadTruth is designed from the ground up as a private, offline-first client application. We believe that your financial activity, account statements, and trading performance are strictly your own business.

2Trade Statements & Financial Data Protection

When you import an MT4 or MT5 statement (CSV or HTML file):

• The file is parsed in memory inside the app on your mobile device.
• Data is cached strictly in local SQLite and encrypted SharedPreferences storage.
• You can purge all stored trading records at any time via the "Clear All Data" button in Settings.
• We never request or store broker account passwords, investor passwords, or live terminal credentials.

4Advertising & Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

SpreadTruth displays advertisements via Google AdMob to keep core audit features free. We strictly integrate the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK:

• In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, users are presented with a consent dialog prior to ad initialization.
• Users may withdraw or modify consent choices at any time directly in the app via Settings → Privacy & Consent Preferences.
• Non-personalized ads are requested if consent is not granted.

5Benchmark Data & Public Rates

SpreadTruth includes pre-bundled, dated partner broker rate sheets for spread comparisons. When connected to the internet, public exchange benchmarks may be queried to ensure accuracy.

6Global Privacy Rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)

Because SpreadTruth does not collect, transmit, or monetize your personal or financial data on external servers, your data remains in your custody at all times. You exercise total right of deletion simply by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
