Tic Tac Toe Arena (Package ID: com.tech2u.tictactoearena), developed by Tech2U Game Studio ("we", "our", or "us"), is an engaging multi-grid tactical board game designed for Android and global mobile platforms. We prioritize user privacy and uphold strict compliance with international data privacy regulations, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), United Kingdom GDPR (UK GDPR), Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA), and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

2Information We Collect & Process

We believe in data minimization. The app only processes the data strictly required to maintain gameplay state and provide requested features:

• Local Gameplay Data: Board win/loss records, coin balances, sound toggles, and unlocked cosmetic skins are stored locally on your device.
• Pseudonymous Account Data (Optional): If you play online or sign in via Guest or Google Sign-In, a pseudonymous user identifier (UUID / Firebase Auth ID) and chosen display nickname are created to manage match states and global leaderboard scores.
• Diagnostic & Device Telemetry (Third-Party): Our monetization partner, Google AdMob, and analytics providers may collect non-identifiable technical data such as device model, OS version, approximate coarse location (country or region level), and diagnostic crash statistics to deliver stable ad serving.

Information We Never Collect: We never collect real-world legal names, physical street addresses, phone numbers, contact address books, microphone audio, camera streams, biometric data, or financial payment details.

3Local Storage & Cloud Matchmaking Architecture

The app uses a hybrid offline/cloud architecture:

• Offline Modes: Solo play against The Clever Fox Dora AI and 2-player Pass & Play operate 100% offline. No telemetry or gameplay moves are transmitted across the network during offline games.
• Online Multiplayer & Leaderboard: Live random matchmaking and leaderboard rankings communicate securely over HTTPS with Google Firebase Realtime Database. Only match move coordinates and game scores are synced.

5Monetization & Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

Tic Tac Toe Arena is 100% free to play with no paywalls and no Pro mode lockouts. All grid sizes (3x3, 4x4, 5x5) and game modes are accessible for all users. The application is supported exclusively through advertisements provided by Google AdMob:

6Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) & Consent Revocation

In accordance with European and international privacy mandates, Tic Tac Toe Arena integrates the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK:

• Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland are presented with a certified IAB TCF consent dialog upon initial startup.
• Ads are only initialized and loaded after user consent has been queried and resolved.
• On-Demand Consent Revocation: You can review, modify, or revoke your consent preferences at any time directly inside the app by navigating to Settings > Privacy Policy or via your device's Google Ads privacy preferences.

7Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

Tic Tac Toe Arena is designed for general audiences and family-friendly tactical entertainment. We comply strictly with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR-K regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable EU jurisdictions). If we become aware that personal information has been inadvertently collected from a child, we immediately delete such records.

9Data Retention & Account Deletion Protocol

We retain gameplay and matchmaking records only for as long as necessary to provide arena services:

• Self-Service Account Deletion: The app includes a permanent, built-in "Delete Account" option located in Settings > Delete Account. Tapping this purges your cloud profile, match records, and user credentials from Firebase in real time.
• Local Data Reset: Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app permanently purges all locally stored coins, settings, and scores from your device.
• Manual Erasure Request: You can also email us directly at developer.tech2u@gmail.com with your pseudonymous player ID for complete cloud data erasure within 30 days.
