1Introduction & Offline-First Privacy Architecture

Tech2U Savannah ("we", "our", or "us") develops TradeQuest: Candlestick Trading Bible & Trainer (Package ID: com.tech2u.tradequest). We believe privacy is a fundamental human right. TradeQuest is engineered from the ground up as an offline-first, zero-account application.

2Information We Do Not Collect

We do not harvest, monetize, or transmit personal data. Specifically, TradeQuest NEVER collects or accesses:

• Personally Identifiable Information (PII): No names, email addresses, physical addresses, or phone numbers.
• Financial Accounts or Credentials: No bank accounts, credit card numbers, MT4/MT5 login credentials, or broker passwords. TradeQuest is an educational trainer and never connects to real trading accounts.
• Biometric Data: No fingerprint, facial geometry, or voice recognition data.
• Precise Location Data: No GPS or location sensor access.
• Contacts, Microphone, Camera, or Files: No access to your address book, media library, microphone, or camera.

3Local Data Storage & Progress Tracking

TradeQuest utilizes an on-device SQLite database (powered by Drift) to store your educational progress locally. This includes:

• Completed lessons and exercise mastery across all 6 Worlds.
• Current daily streak count and total Experience Points (XP).
• Discipline Scores and simulated practice trade outcomes in the Replay Arena.
• Theme preference (Light, Dark, or System) and tutorial status.

This data never leaves your device and is erased automatically if you uninstall the application or clear app storage through your Android settings.

TradeQuest requests only the minimal technical permissions required for core app delivery and standard monetization:

5Advertising & Google UMP Consent Framework

TradeQuest is free to download and use. To fund continued development, free-tier users may encounter occasional Google AdMob interstitial ads (at natural lesson completion boundaries only) or optional rewarded ads (to voluntarily restore hearts).

Regulatory Compliance (EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss DPA, US CCPA/CPRA)

We integrate the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK certified by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2):

• Explicit Consent: Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are presented with a consent dialog prior to receiving personalized ads.
• Consent Revocation: You have the right to withdraw or modify your consent preferences at any time. An on-demand "Consent Preferences" option is provided inside the app's More tab.
• Non-Personalized Ads: If consent is declined, only contextual, non-personalized ads are served.

6In-App Purchases (TradeQuest Pro)

Users can upgrade to TradeQuest Pro via a one-time in-app purchase. TradeQuest Pro permanently removes all advertisements and provides unlimited hearts. All purchase transactions are processed exclusively by Google Play. Tech2U Savannah never sees or stores your payment card or billing information.

7External Partner Broker Links (Affiliate Transparency)

The More tab provides educational referral links to selected regulated brokerage partners (such as HFM and Pepperstone) to assist graduating students seeking reputable platforms. In accordance with global consumer protection standards:

• Full Disclosure: These are outbound affiliate links. Tech2U Savannah may earn a referral commission at no additional cost to you if you choose to open an account.
• Zero Integration: TradeQuest is not a broker, does not handle customer funds, does not collect brokerage account numbers, and does not provide trade execution services. Tapping a broker link launches an external web browser.
• Regulatory Verification: We strongly encourage users to independently verify broker licensing with their local regulatory body (such as the CMA in Kenya, the FCA in the UK, or ASIC in Australia). Broker availability varies by jurisdiction.

9Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

TradeQuest does not knowingly target, solicit, or collect information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in applicable European jurisdictions). If we discover that personal information has inadvertently been collected from a child, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

10Global Privacy Rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on your residency, you may have specific privacy rights regarding your data:

• Right of Access & Portability: Since all user data is stored locally in SQLite on your device, you have complete ownership and access to your data at all times.
• Right of Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can instantly delete all data by clearing the app data in Android Settings or uninstalling the app.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing (CCPA): We do not sell your personal data. Advertising opt-outs can be configured via Google Ads Settings or device-level ad tracking toggles.
