1Overview & Offline-First Philosophy

Void Rush: Black Hole Arcade (package: com.hypergame.voidrush), developed by Tech2U Savannah ("we", "our", or "us"), is an original offline neon-arcade physics game designed for Android devices.

Core Privacy Guarantee: Void Rush requires zero account creation, zero email registration, and zero cloud sign-in. All gameplay records, high scores, lifetime star counts, and cosmetic achievements reside exclusively on your local device.

2Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, process, sell, share, or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including:

3Local Data Storage & High Scores

Void Rush saves gameplay data locally on your device via Android's private, sandboxed SharedPreferences storage. This includes:

This data is strictly confined to your device's sandbox. It is never transmitted to Tech2U Savannah servers and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the application or clear app storage via Android system settings.

4Device Permissions & Technical Justifications

Void Rush requests only the minimal technical permissions necessary for arcade gameplay, tactile feedback, and optional morning engagement reminders:

android.permission.VIBRATE

Used to provide responsive tactile haptic pulses when gravitationally capturing stars, absorbing cosmic debris, and entering event horizon singularities. Can be toggled at any time.

android.permission.INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

Required exclusively by the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to verify consent status and deliver compliant advertisements.

android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS & RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED

On Android 13+ (API 33+), permits an optional morning in-tray reminder notification (scheduled daily at 08:30 AM local time) to keep your cosmic high score streak active. Users may disable notification permissions at any time via Android app notification settings.

5Advertising & Google UMP Consent Framework

Void Rush is a 100% free-to-play arcade game supported by Google AdMob (non-intrusive Banners, Frequency-Capped Interstitials, and Opt-In Rewarded Ads for extra revive time or double scores). We rigorously enforce global privacy regulations (EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss DPA, and US CCPA/CPRA):

Third-Party Service Providers

  • Google AdMob & Google Play Services (Ad Serving & Fraud Prevention)
  • Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) (Certified IAB TCF 2.2 Consent Management Platform)

6Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Void Rush is a stylized, non-violent arcade game designed for general audiences of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable European jurisdictions). In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), all ad requests comply with child-directed treatment declarations where required.

7User Rights, Consent Revocation & Data Deletion
